We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Attendant to join our team. As an Assisted Living Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our residents. - Caregiver

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for residents

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, such as working in a nursing home or memory care facility
- Knowledge of dementia care and understanding of memory loss conditions
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
